We are searching for a
Postdoctoral Researcher (f/m/d)
(full-time, salary group TV-L E13, 15 months or part-time with extended duration)
Starting as soon as possible after March 1, 2026.
Project:
As part of an effort to improve our Open Science support infrastructure, we want to collect data on researchers’ needs for Open Science support and their interest in verified data about their own and others’ Open Science activities and practices. The successful candidate will conduct interviews, workshops, and questionnaire studies (supported by research assistants), document and publish the results as well as being involved in drawing conclusions for ZPID’s research support infrastructure.
Tasks:
- Preparing and conducting data collection and analyzing data
- Documenting results and writing empirical metascience articles
- Supervising research assistants
Your profile:
- PhD in psychology
- experienced in survey research and/or structured interviews
- Interest in metascience
- Profound English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
