Am Fachbereich Psychologie und Sportwissenschaften sind im Arbeitsbereich Pädagogische Psychologie, AE Pädagogische
Psychologie und Künstliche Intelligenz (Prof. Dr. Samuel Greiff), zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei Stellen für

Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter*innen (m/w/d)
(E 13 TV-G-U, Vollzeit)

befristet für die Dauer von zunächst 36 Monaten zu besetzen. Die Eingruppierung richtet sich nach den Tätigkeitsmerkmalen des
für die Goethe-Universität geltenden Tarifvertrages (TV-G-U). Die Stellenausschreibung erfolgt vorbehaltlich der endgültigen
Mittelfreigabe.

Die zu besetzenden Stellen sind in der neu gegründeten Arbeitseinheit am Arbeitsbereich für Pädagogische Psychologie sowie
in den Projekten „AI and Digital Technology in Learning and Instruction“ (ALI) und „Mapping of Longitudinal Data of
Inequalities in Education“ (MapIE) verortet und erlauben eine breite Lehr- und Forschungstätigkeit zu anwendungsrelevanten
Themen an der Schnittstelle von Pädagogischer Psychologie, Bildungswissenschaften, Informatik und Kognitionswissenschaften.
Die Lehr- und Forschungsbereiche der Arbeitseinheit umfassen Bildungsherausforderungen im 21. Jahrhundert, die Integration
von KI und Educational Technology in Lehr-Lernprozesse aus einer pädagogisch-psychologischen Perspektive, transversale
Kompetenzen und Bildungsgerechtigkeit sowie internationale Bildungsvergleichsstudien und School Monitoring.

Wir sind ein dynamisches Team mit internationaler Ausrichtung, das spannende Forschung und exzellente Lehre im Herzen von
Hessen umsetzen und dabei persönlich und professionell wachsen möchte. Im Rahmen der ausgeschriebenen Stelle besteht die
Möglichkeit, eigene Forschungsanliegen zu realisieren. Habilitationsvorhaben werden materiell und personell unterstützt. Darüber
hinaus sind umfangreiche etablierte Kooperationen auf internationaler Ebene (z.B. im Bereich School Monitoring oder Educational
Technologies) vorhanden.

Was wir und von Ihnen wünschen
Wir suchen eine*n hochmotivierte*n Mitarbeiter*in und wünschen uns Engagement in Lehre und Forschung, eigenständige
Forschungsschwerpunkte mit dem Ziel der Habilitation sowie eine verlässliche Beteiligung bei administrativen Aufgaben. Die
Unterstützung der Arbeitseinheit bei der Lehre im Bachelor- und Masterstudiengang werden ebenso erwartet wie die nationale
und internationale Publikation von Forschungs- und Projektergebnissen und Unterstützung bei Drittmittelakquise.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst dabei neben eigenständiger Forschung und Lehre mit dem Ziel der eigenen wissenschaftlichen
Qualifikation, Tätigkeiten in den beiden oben genannten Projekten und die Möglichkeit, diese Projekte in Forschung, Lehre und
Anwendung unter Berücksichtigung der Projektziele eigenständig umzusetzen. Dies beinhaltet u.a. die enge Zusammenarbeit mit
internationalen Konsortia, die Entwicklung eines neuen Studiengangs an der Goethe-Universität mit einem Schwerpunkt auf
Lehren und Lernen mit KI sowie Drittmittelakquise und hochrangige Publikationstätigkeiten.

Ihr Profil

 abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium sowie eine Promotion im Bereich Psychologie,
Bildungswissenschaft, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

 internationale Publikationserfahrung und -tätigkeit

 Erfahrung in der Drittmittelakquise sowie Hochschullehrerfahrung sind von Vorteil

 ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Forschungsthemen der Arbeitseinheit

 strukturiertes wissenschaftliches Arbeiten und organisatorische Fähigkeiten

 Kenntnisse in sozialwissenschaftlicher Forschungsmethodik; Erfahrung in der Auswertung quantitativer Daten

 sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einschlägiger Statistiksoftware (bspw. SPSS, Mplus, R)

 Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären und internationalen Projektarbeit

 erwünscht sind außerdem gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem Arbeiten, hohes persönliches Engagement, Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, administrative
Fähigkeiten, Kreativität, Zielstrebigkeit

are available starting at the earliest possible date. The positions are limited to 36 months. The salary grade is based on the job
characteristics of the collective agreement (TV-G-U) applicable to Goethe University. The job posting is subject to final budget
approval.

The positions are located in the newly established research unit within the Chair of Educational Psychology and are associated
with the projects "AI and Digital Technology in Learning and Instruction" (ALI) and "Mapping of Longitudinal Data of
Inequalities in Education" (MapIE). They allow for broad teaching and research activities on application-relevant topics at the
intersection of Educational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Computer Science, and Cognitive Sciences. The research areas
of the unit include educational challenges in the 21st century, the integration of AI and Educational Technology in teaching and
learning from an educational-psychological perspective, transversal competencies and equality in education, as well as
international education comparative studies and school monitoring.

We are a dynamic team with an international focus, dedicated to conducting exciting research and delivering excellent teaching
in the heart of Hesse, fostering personal and professional growth. The advertised position provides the opportunity to pursue
individual research interests. Habilitation projects are supported both materially and personally. Additionally, extensive established
collaborations on an international level (e.g., in the areas of School Monitoring or Educational Technologies) are in place and will
support your academic career.

What We Expect From You
We are looking for a highly motivated team member who demonstrates commitment to teaching and research, establishes
independent research priorities with the aim of Habilitation, and reliably participates in administrative tasks. Support for the
research unit in teaching for the bachelor's and master's programs, as well as the national and international publication of research
and project results and support in acquiring third-party funding, are also expected.

Your responsibilities include independent research and teaching with the goal of your own scientific qualification (i.e., Habilitation).
You will be involved in the two aforementioned projects with the opportunity to independently implement these projects in research,
teaching, and application, under consideration of the project plan. This includes close collaboration with international consortia,
the development of a new study program at Goethe University with a focus on teaching and learning with AI, as well as acquiring
third-party funding and high-ranking publication activities.

Your Profile

 Master´s degree and a Ph.D. in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field

 Record of international publications and research activities

 Experience in acquiring third-party funding and university teaching experience are an advantage

 Strong interest in the research topics of the research unit

 Methodical and organized approach to scientific work, showcasing strong organizational skills

 Proficiency in social science research methodology, coupled with hands-on experience in quantitative data analysis

 Exceptional proficiency in relevant statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Mplus, R)

 Experience in interdisciplinary and international project work

 Good English language skills in both written and spoken communication are desirable

 Ability to work independently, strong personal commitment, teamwork & cooperation skills, administrative skills, creativity,
determination
