As an academic partner of the University of London (LSE and King’s College), we teach Bachelor’s degrees, including a Bachelor's in psychology directed by King’s College, to bright students who wish to achieve academic excellence but also nurture other forms of intelligence (social, emotional, and practical). As a degree-awarding institution, we also teach our own programs (See here)
About the job
Our approach reflects this commitment:

Each course is term-long and consists of 10 seminar sessions (lasting 120 minutes each), taught over one term only, between early October 2025 and February 2026 (Occupational Psychology) and between April 2026 and July 2026 (Forensic Psychology).
You will be responsible for
- Delivering the existing syllabus for the course(s), designed by King’s College London, and adapting and enriching the content to fit the ‘active learning’ pedagogy promoted by Forward College.
- Designing and implementing the flipped classroom sessions throughout the academic year for a small group of 11 students.
- Designing tests and formative assessments that will support students in achieving learning outcomes throughout the academic year.
- Organising and providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students (20 mins per student), on a minimum of two occasions for each course.
The appointment is for a fixed-term contract to teach one or both of the courses mentioned above.
Additional teaching will be available in subsequent academic years to provide for growing student numbers.
