2 Promotionsstellen im SFB/TRR 419 SHARP, Projekt C03 (75%, TV-L E13)

The DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre SHARP ‘Simulation-based learning in higher education: Advancing research on process diagnostics and personalised interventions’ contributes to theory-building on personalising learning using simulations in higher education. As a joint research context, SHARP focuses on diagnosing and intervening as two highly relevant professional practices in many academic professions.

In the subproject C03 the topic of personalised support of medical students’ professional vision in ward round communicationis investigated. One open position at the TUM Medical Education Center (Prof. Pascal Berberat, Prof. Martin Gartmeier) will focus on designing expert modeling examples of ward round communication. The second open position at the Chair of Educational Psychology (Prof. Tina Seidel) will focus on designing the simulation using eye-tracking technologies.
