Hogrefe Consulting is part of the Hogrefe Group – the leading European test publisher for psychology, psychotherapy and psychiatry. Our consultancy team designs personnel selection and development solutions that are tailored to our clients’ requirements. We deliver assessments and work with a wide range of psychometric tests.
As soon as possible, we hope to find a Senior Consultant - HR Assessment. This role is focused on the delivery of remote assessments to select suitable candidates for roles at different leadership levels for an international organisation.
What will you be doing?
- Leading the delivery of (remote) assessments for roles at different leadership levels (team leader up to executive management level)
- ïCustomer-specific development of competency frameworks, job/requirement profiles and selection and development processes
- Supporting our clients to find the right psychometric tests for their purposes and deliver trainings to ensure they feel capable using them
- Responsible for your own clients, client acquisition, supporting marketing activities in that context
Who are you?
You have:
- A Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in Occupational / Business Psychology
- At least 10 years experience of developing and delivering client projects in leadership assessment and development
- Experience of working with psychometric assessments, ideally on Five-Factor model basis (i.e. NEO Personality Inventory)
- Excellent knowledge of English, at least C1 level
- Willingness to work on projects across Europe
- Ideally DIN 33430 licence E (German qualification, not a must)
