We provide focused and relevant talent selection and development assessments on any level in our clients' organizations, from individual contributors to high potential leaders and executives, to bring the right level of execution capacity to each job, optimizing the use of resources.
Who we are looking for
We are considering a candidate with 4-6 years of experience, who has a passion and desire to develop their career in Assessment and to be part of our Cologne office. Working in a consultancy environment and working in client facing roles is an advantage, although you may have gained your experience working in an internal role.
In our Assessment Practice, you will contribute to the development and delivery of custom assessment solutions across the talent life cycle for BTS clients. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a broad scope of capabilities and experience in the psychometric diagnostic and assessment centre world, for example, in:
- Competency model development
- Assessment content design of all types (e.g., exercises, tests, interviews, evaluation forms, feedback reports, etc.)
- 360 and other survey Development, Administration and Analysis
- Report writing
- Virtual assessment delivery and on-site assessment delivery
- Research, White Papers and other relevant publications
- Statistical Analysis
You will work in a practice of Business Psychologists on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams across Europe. It is vital for us to find a curious and agile person with a desire to apply and extend their skills in a consulting or corporate environment. You may travel approximately 10-25% of the time.
We expect a masters degree in psychology and excellent English language skills (German or French is a plus). Business acumen, executive presence and strong written and verbal communication skills in a 1:1 setting, or in front of a group of business leaders are very important.
